2025年8月18日，億邁齒輪2024G的12名學(xué)徒來(lái)到中德雙元制職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)業(yè)園中德培訓(xùn)中心進(jìn)行為期一周的車間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、6S、TPM、安全隱患排除等作業(yè)。

On 18 August 2025, twelve 2024G apprentices from IMS Gear arrived at the Sino-German Training Centre for a week-long programme covering workshop standardisation, 6S methodology, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and hazard identification and mitigation. 

第一天到達(dá)培訓(xùn)中心，學(xué)徒們立刻著手對(duì)培訓(xùn)車間進(jìn)行觀察并尋找需要改進(jìn)的地方。學(xué)徒們通過(guò)觀察后整理改善任務(wù)清單，開(kāi)會(huì)討論整改方案。他們分成4個(gè)小組對(duì)找到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行整改作業(yè)，例如：處理鉗工桌和設(shè)備鋒利的邊緣，添加設(shè)備標(biāo)識(shí)，設(shè)備操作作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)，物品擺放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)等等。

Upon arriving at the training center on the first day, the apprentices immediately began observing the training workshop and identifying areas for improvement. After their observations, they compiled a list of improvement tasks and held meetings to discuss corrective action plans. Divided into four teams, they addressed the identified issues through corrective work, such as: smoothing sharp edges on machinist benches and equipment, adding equipment labels, creating equipment operation manuals, and standardizing item placement procedures.

在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整改的過(guò)程中，學(xué)徒們不斷溝通、交流，去確認(rèn)整改方案的可實(shí)施性和準(zhǔn)確性，在不明確時(shí)也會(huì)及時(shí)與培訓(xùn)師進(jìn)行討論，找到最佳方案。

During the on-site rectification process, apprentices continuously communicated and exchanged ideas to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the rectification plan. When uncertainties arose, they promptly discussed with trainers to identify the optimal solution.

每天下午，在一天整改工作的收尾階段，學(xué)徒們會(huì)開(kāi)會(huì)分享自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和工作進(jìn)度，互相給出建議。

Every afternoon, as the day's rectification work drew to a close, the apprentices gathered for a meeting to share their experiences and work progress, offering each other suggestions.

在本次的社會(huì)實(shí)踐中，學(xué)徒們感受到了自身的價(jià)值，將自己所學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)在實(shí)際的場(chǎng)景中得到了應(yīng)用，夯實(shí)了基礎(chǔ)技能。

During this social practice, the apprentices gained a sense of their own value, applied the knowledge they had learned in real-world scenarios, and solidified their foundational skills.
